Mr. Tariq Azzam: Country General Manager
Mr. Tariq Azzam holds a Bachelor degree in civil engineering and Master in Structural engineering from Jordan University of Science and Technology in Jordan, he has more than 16 Years of experience in the field of construction. In addition, Mr. Azzam held different technical, operational and managerial positions in Jordan, Malaysia and Saudi Arabia. Mr. Azzam started his career as a design engineer, site engineer, and project manager to being an Industrial Director then a Country General Manager prior to new assignment in CORE Construction Co in Riyadh.
Nader Al Asmar: Business Development Director
Mr. Al Asmar has over eight years of experience in Projects’ Controls, Contracts and Business Development. He has worked for Consolidated Contractors Int’l Co. and Gustav Pegel & Sohn in Industrial and Commercial projects in Oman, Yemen and UAE. A holder of B.Sc. degree in Civil Engineering from Jordan University of Science & Technology, and is currently attaining an Executive MBA from Warwick Business School, UK. Mr. Al Asmar is certified from various accredited institutions in the field of Project Management.
Amjad Al Khatib: HR Director
Mr. Al Khatib holds a B.Sc. degree in Business Administration from Amman University in Jordan and he is Member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) in USA. Mr. Al Khatib has15 years of specialized experience in the HR & Administration field in the UAE. His experience covers the areas of HR operations management, organization development and strategic planning. Prior to joining CORE Construction, Mr. Al Khatib has worked for major companies in the Construction, Oil & Gas and FMCG industries, such as ADNOC Group, Hamilton International and NFPC. Mr. Al Khatib is a strong believer in the Human Capital added value to organizations.
Waleed Hamdi ; Contracting Operations Manager.
A B.SC in Civil Engineering from the Al Mansoura University,Cairo,Egypt (1987). He has over 20 years of experience in handling the management of construction projects in all aspects concerning budgeting, cost controlling and planning of works, manpower, and equipments.
