Zabeel Investments has awarded CORE a contract to design & build a Labor Accommodation Building using Pre-Cast structural elements at Jebel Ali Industrial area. The (G+4) building will be developed to a total built-up Area of 14,658 square meters. Zabeel became a repeated client to Core as this is their third awarding, which is a translation to the wordings "A Happy Client is a Repeat Client".
  
Under the contract, CORE Construction will design, execute and complete a turnkey solution of all relevant works (Civil, architectural, mechanical, electrical…etc). The value of the contract is AED 51,350,000.00. The 14 months project will begin in May 2008 and shall be completed by July 2009.
